Our smart meter was fitted 6 weeks ago today. It looks as all is fine with the meter as we can see the amount going up all day and can see historic records.
However, when I logged on to my account online today it says that no meter readings have been applied to my account.
How do I find out / make sure that the smart meter is 'talking' to my account?
That's odd. it should be working by now. Let me ask @Anasa_EONNext to check the read schedule is set up correctly. That's been a pretty common one! If it's OK with you, I'll also ask her to try pulling an instant meter reading from the meters too. That's usually enough to confirm things are working. :)
