Only gas is showing up on new bill?

    Moved home recently, old address was Eon, new address is also Eon.

    Got a new account set up, and apparently both gas and electric is supplied at this new address, however my online account and the bill only shows Gas and I can only submit a Gas reading.

    Electric just doesn't exist on the account.. any advice?

    I'm sorry to hear that you can't view both of your accounts online. Some details are going to need to be taken from you (which I can't do on here as it's a public forum) in order for the account to be located and linked to your gas account, so you can view both online.

    Please get in touch with customer services so an Energy Specialist can get this sorted for you. There are lots of ways to get in touch, you can find them in my signature below.
