I've sent out the necessary updates to change the prices on your meter and IHD, they should change tomorrow for you.
@theunknowntech mentioned, there was a couple of issues when the metering info was set up here on our system which means these messages weren't being sent for everyone, this shouldn't happen again if you change tariff in future/when your prices change on the variable rate, but please do allow up to 1 week after a price change before chasing it up should they not change in the future.

My present electricty bill shows..
Subtotal of charges before VAT £71.44
VAT @ 5% £3.57
Total Electricity Charges £75.01
Total charges before VAT £80.19
Total VAT £4.01
Total charges for bill £84.20
To the untrained eye this suggests I have been charge VAT , twice........is that correct ?

Interestingly , after the update was applied about two weeks ago , my IHD stopped communicating with the main meter and is now about as useful as a brick......
Have tried all the usual remedies to no avail :)

Image as show....IHD is right next to both meters and keeps rebooting itself every few minutes
I think the Comms Hub might need a reboot in this case. The IHD not picking up the time suggests the Comms Hub is getting out of sync.

I've referred your account to our Smart Metering Team - they're going to be doing what they can to manually reboot your comms hub so that your IHD can connect back up and show your usage again. In the meantime, please leave your in home display switched on and as close to the electricity meter as possible.
We can look at this again for you in 2 weeks time if nothing has changed, as we may need an engineer appointment so that the comms hub can be reset for you.
