Sorry for the wait! I was on a call with Beki and Hannah the other day and have been quite backed up with stuff since. I'm catching up pretty rapidly now though.
I could do a table, or I could just link to the one I already use. This forum doesn't really have very good table support on the editor though (or ANY table support for that matter), so it's kinda tricky. And the last time me and Blastoise tried to create one manually using BBCode directly, it was horribly bad and we gave up! It's easier and more fun to give the data on a case by case basis. Plus, reading that monster table isn't always easy! XD
The DNO for Manchester appears to be Electricity North West for MPAN Area ID 16, so it's the standard midnight to 7am deal in the winter. The times may be an hour later in the summer though. :)
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

I've found a table and posted it in a thread above in the Economy 7/10 section. I ended up taking a picture on my phone of the excel table and then emailing it to myself, saving the file and then uploading it to the forum. Posting data in a table is not straightforward on this forum - even copying from word as a picture produces some weird results. Can @Beki_EONNext investigate and advise on the recommended method please?

Tech - could you make a table of this - there are only 14 regions so posting a table that members could be referred to might save us (you particularly) time?
