Missing payments on my electric meter

Finally today my electricity top up went onto my meter, how ever all my payments prior to this have not reached my meter. after trying to ring to speak to someone and being on hold for an hour to be given another number to ring that didn't work then spending half hour on hold again to be cut off I'm kind of at a loss on what to do.
there's about 50 pound just missing from my payments.

Well according to @Han_EONNext topping up a prepayment meter is simple. I'm sure she'll be able to assist you.Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
