For Smart Pay As You Go meters topping them up is simple. Download our app, or use the website; and from there you can top up from the comforts of your home!
Or there will be an option to reveal a barcode which can be taken to a paypoint or payzone and you can top up that way 😊.

We are however having some top up issues currently, so if you do decide to do it through the app/website please wait a few hours for this to go through, if it doesn't please give us a call on 0808 501 5200 and they will be able to see what's going on.
