What the hell is going on change us to e on next tell us to down load app to top meater up but no option to top up on phone for 4 hours now lost a days wage and 2 freezers of food cos this compony can't get it right bloody joke and nobody replys on here how I going to feed kids
@Ratastorm106 I'm so sorry to hear that you've not been able to top up. We are having some issues at the moment with this which we're working on.
The Community is not manned 24/7 so for anything account specific or for an emergency such as yours you would need to contact us via Facebook, insatragram, twitter or over the phone 0808 501 5200 from Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm, we're available 24/7 online and if you have an emergency you'll take priority 🙂

@Anasa_EONNext that's all well and good but no answers phone we are now 6 hours with no electricity and phones running out of charge so basically we screwed and kids have no cooked meal and this all eon s fault
So Eon Next has some issue which you are sorry about, but no practical help is given. If customers can't get through to customers services than what are they supposed to do , when the fault lies with Eon Next? Its not good enough.
Why don't you DM @Ratastorm106 and then they can give you account details so that she can have power again?
