Having applied for the warm home discount i have just checked my emails and still have nothing.
I had the message that my application was being processed for several weeks on my account home page but this message has now disappeared.
I still haven't received any confirmation of whether this has been successful.
I have never had any issues before and have received it with no problems for at least the last 3 years.

I can confirm that your Warm Home Discount payment was paid to you in December, you can see this on your statement in January

Let me ask @PeterT_EONNext can take a look for you. If you were approved, you should have had it by now and I would have expected all in-progress applications to have cleared through the queue by now.

I have been getting the WHD every year automatically but this year got nothing. I sent an email to hi@eonnext.com on 22/4/2022 but have had no reply since.
I'm afraid claims have now closed for the 2021/21 period. I'll see if I can get @PeterT_EONNext to chase up your claim though. If it was made during the window, you should have had it by now.
If you usually receive the Warm Home Discount payment automatically and you don't usually apply, this would make you part of the Core group and not part of the Broader group.
You may need to speak to the DWP if you haven't received the payment for the 2021/2022 period. This isn't something that we'll be able to advise on, as it could be down to changes to your individual benefits entitlement.
