can anyone even get to the payment screen? as soon i I click "continue" to add money it says "something went wrong"
Every week since migration to the flaky "eon.next" since February I have had issues. I seriously think your web team lack either skillz or management! someone needs to take responsibility for this mess and its very obviously the web team management are at fault! Who the hell is making the decisions there to say eon.next is in an acceptable state to manage customers?
I run a web business and let me tell you, my customers would not accept the issues you have here! Seriously who is in charge? Is there really that lack of clarity what an acceptable solution is compared to an unacceptable solution.
Directors are either being lied to or they need to be told that this thing needs to be rolled back!! as it is "NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE" in the state its at now!
I am beyond sorry that nobody had picked up your message.
Our community is not manned 24/7 so in the case of a emergency or you need to speak with us then I would use our telephone line (9am-5pm) or contact us via social media which is 24/7 with your problem and they can help you out as soon as they can.
I can see you have also been having problems with your electric also (from another post) - is it just the gas supply that is not coming through?

Hi, can you check to see that the payment platform api you use is working please? because this is not an issue with anything my side as all we use is a browser. Its the same for the app and its also the same if i change ip address and the same if i disable any firewalls. I've totally removed any third party tech my side that can cause any problem.

All i do is enter the amount i want to purchase (note my gas is now disconnected because this has been broken for 2 days now)
Then all i do i click "Continue" - this should activate the payment page! but i get the following screen (its the same with web and also app)
