My Fit account has been moved from blower to E ON NEXT. I have had no information about my account status or been told how to send in a meter reading. I've tried phoning and emailing but no-one has replied. Has anyone got a direct telephone number for the Fit Team?
Hey guys 😊. I'm sorry we're so late to the party 🎉.
@PlymSolar Our FiT team number is: 0808 501 5218, but all of our agents should be able to help you regarding FiT queries - so you can talk to someone on our standard Customer Service line too 🙂. You are also correct in explaining you should be able to see your FiT rates through your online account! @jacroberts did you manage to find this information? This will also be displayed on your statements.
We also have a dedicated thread where you can ask us your FiT related questions for our expert Graeme to help out with! 👉 Get FiT savvy with Graeme!

Hi I'm Liz and I've joined today as my organisation has been moved over from N-Power and I have been making enquires by email and phone for the last few weeks and am still seeking a response to my question about submitting multiple FIT readings. The website appears states: If you’ve already arranged to send us your readings a different way, please carry on with your existing arrangement, you don’t need to complete this form.
I'd like to submit a CSV file by email rather than filling in the form multiple times. Can this be arranged please?
Thanks
Liz

Morning Liz, thanks for taking the time to post!
Is there any chance you can pop me a private message with your CSV file attached so I can look into this with you and pass the info onto our FiT Team?
I'll be back with you as quickly as I can.
Alternatively, if you'd like a quicker reply, it might be worth popping over to our WhatsApp asking one of our amazing Digital Operations Team to give you a hand - they're available 8am-10pm 365 days a year!
Hopefully we'll speak soon!
Beth :)

@BethS Hi Beth. I'm not sure if this is a private message or not but I did get through to someone in your FIT team on Friday and am awaiting a call back from one of them about this. Sorry but I don't do Facebook or Twitter.
@jacroberts I see mine on the statement that I get emailed. If you are not receiving your statement by email then I guess you will need to request one from EON Next.
Over and out, Liz
E.on pay 3p per kWh of energy exported to the grid, unless you purchased your solar panels with them.
Octopus Energy pay their customers 15p per kWh of energy exported to the grid so I switched to them. This will make a huge difference to my bill. They also have a customer service who respond.
I had my panels installed in 2014 so I'm getting a generation tariff and a feed in tariff. They are supposed to rise with inflation each year but I can't find out these figures from the EON website, even though they must have them to calculate my payments. I would just like to see them.
