I have a Samsung Galaxy Z fold it's running on Android 12 but the app store is saying the eon next app isn't compatible with my device, any idea why it isn't compatible?
Sounds to me like there's a bug somewhere that needs to be flagged up. I'll see if @DebF_EONNext can help with that in the morning.

As far as I know there shouldn't be any compatibility issues, @theunknowntech we did just have an app update for bug fixes and I haven't heard of anyone else having the same issue however I have sent a message to our techy guys to see if there is any reason that this is happening, once I get a response from them I will let you know 😊

@AlysL just a thought you may need to clear your cache. Try clearing the Google Play Store cache & then the data. Then restart the Google Play Store & try installing our app again. If you decide to give it a try let me know if it works 😊
I have a Samsung A21S (SM-A217F) and the play store says the app is not compatible with my device when in a web-browser, but is hidden when using the store on my phone. This is not an old phone and has Android 12.
I can sideload the app and it works fine but as it is not linked to the store it will not get updates, also I can't 100% trust that it had not been tampered with when I downloaded it so will not use it for payments.
Seems like Samsung devices are blacklisted from downloading the app as there is no reason why it should be incompatible.
