Can I revert back to Eon, instead of Eon Next. I never had any issues with the straight forward Eon, but problems have begun since changing to Eon Next.
I paid for a Gas top up 8 hours ago, and although it has been taken from my bank account, it is not showing on my meter screen. I phoned, and was told I will not be disconnected as it is the weekend and bank holiday, and if it is not showing on Tuesday, to phone them again and the payment will be 'pushed through'. I am not happy about going through this every time I want to top up.
I will consider changing supplier if this dreadful service is not resolved.
So reverting back is not an option I am afraid! EON Next are the new face of E.ON.
In regards to Smart Pay As You Go this is a one off problem which we are working super hard to fix 🛠 and problems should be recified soon!
There are no exit fees with us, so although we will be sad to see you go; if you feel like switching to another supplier is for you then there will be no fees holding you back.

Just want this issue sorted asap. I don't seem to be the only person having this problem with the gas top up going on. Not the sort of service I would expect from EON, particularly as you have changed to EON Next which should provide a better improved service. Or not?

If you look at the answer you will be able to see that this was answered in April 2022 😊 - at the time people were able to switch over 🙂
