Thanks for the heads up. I'll try to ask @Beki_EONNext if she can make the arrangements. If your household is still unsafe when the engineer phones ahead, you can also let them know that way as well. You won't be charged for cancelling because of that reason.Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...
