Where has usage charts gone
-
When I was with npower, I used to find the usage charts useful, especially now when trying to save energy. I can’t find it on eon-next website, nor the app either. Could eon get it on line please.

Best AnswerHi @hantuuk Welcome to the Community 😄
You may find that the E.ON Next and the Npower websites are different, this is because we're different companies 😅
As Npower closed down, all Npower customers moved to E.ON Next and we use new systems and a whole new website as part of being a brand new energy supplier.
Days are still early and I've seen that an Energy Tracker is in the works for the website. I don't have a specific time frame for this though, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for this once it goes live 👀

thanks for the reply. I know they are different companies but what I was alluding to is that your website should have that functionality as we are trying to save energy and of course money too.. -
@hantuuk Absolutely, now is the best time to be monitoring your energy usage 😄
Have you considered having Smart Meters installed at all? With Smart Meters, you'll also receive an in home display which gives you a real-time view of your usage as well as a breakdown daily, monthly and yearly.
A usage tracker on the website without Smart Meters will just be a summary based on your meter readings and wouldn't be the best help in order to save energy. With a Smart Meter and in In Home Display, you can actively make changes by monitoring your energy more closely, which can lead to you cutting costs when you can see which appliances in your home use the most energy.
If you'd like to book an appointment, get in touch with one of our energy specialists either by calling on 0808 501 5200 - they're available weekdays 9am - 5pm (please note, the lines are very busy at the moment due to the price changes)
