Hi there, I took ownership of solar panels on my house recently (when I bought the property in Oct 2021) and gave my 1st meter reading in at the end of Feb '22.
I received my first payment for the energy I had generated which was a nice bonus!
I thought I'd do regular readings, and came to provide a new reading at the end of March - when I came to do so online, i was informed that I'd been moved to a Next account.
I had a few issues getting this set up and ended up calling in to get resolved. Although I'd missed the March window for submitting a reading, the lady I spoke to said she could take my reading and apply it as I hadn't received the communication about moving to a Next account.
This was about a week ago - when I log into my account now though, I can't see this reading. The only thing I can see is one bill in Billing History for the payment I received from the February reading.
I would expect to be able to see this reading fairly quickly so presume something has gone wrong and the reading hasn't been submitted.
If the reading you submitted was 32334, then don't worry, we have this.
You won't be able to see this on your online account, the reading will only appear in your next statement.
We'll need your next FiT reading between 1 Jun - 25 Jun

@PeterT_EONNext Hi Peter, thanks for this - yes, that was the meter reading I took on 31st March.
Do you know when my next statement will be? When I submitted the 1st reading at the end of Feb, I was paid about a week later I think. That was before the switch to EON Next account though so things may be different now.
Hi @rowedav - I've issued a new statement (although there's not much information on there due to how we had to enter your reading on this occasion) This has been sent as a letter.
I can confirm a cheque has been sent yesterday for the amount stated on the statement we sent out on the 14th April (If you've received this, you may not have just yet. With this being a public forum, I can't confirm the amount etc, but it's on its way!)
@PeterT_EONNext Hi Peter, just as an update, I received the cheque on Friday for my March generation.
I guess future payments for the next billing period will be direct to my bank account? That's how I received the previous payment (before I was moved to a Next account).
