Hi A call back is no good because i have to use Relay UK due to partial deafness and struggle with phone calls.

If the direct debit collection fails it can be due to an error in the sort code or account number. The DD might then be cancelled because it doesn't work! You can pog into your account and resetup you DD - making doubly sure everything is correct. But don't complain you've had an interest free loan for a month!

My account number and sort code where correct. Eon Next ****** up but would not admit to it. Eon Next is getting to be one big joke. Now my online meter readings are suddenly vanishing.
