Hi the number in your post is the one i have been ringing. Its not the fact i am on hold for 10 to 20 minutes. Its the on hold for 10 to 20 minutes then being cut off. I dont do Twitter. I have emailed and tried facebook all to no avail.

Why do Eon Next keep hanging up on me when i phone them?
I have been none stop on the phone trying to get through since 9am this morning but always the same, I phone. I wait. Eon Next hangs up on me.
