The problem is my Smart meter has never shown a Gas status since transfer from Eon occurred. The electricity side of the smartmeter works but only intermittently. I am completely unclear/ unsure as to whether Eonnext are receiving current readings and I am becoming increasingly concerned the billing may be wrong. Please clarify and remedy? Thanks. NOR
I think you need to reassure yourself in the short term by taking readings from the meters themselves rather than your in home display. And then keep a record of these while the issues are resolved.
@theunknowntech is a community volunteer who is a wizz with all these things. While you wait for him to show up posting photos of both of your meters and the in home display will help the diagnosis
