my display constantly beeps to tell me i'm low on credit. this started about thursday evening (7/4/22). i'd heard the beep, but was unable to tell what it was. i have various other things that alert me due to an hearing impairment, but i digress. i topped up in the early hours of this morning, and was told payment had gone through. i awoke this morning to emails telling me i had been passed to eon next, and to register my account. i did. it shows my balance is fine. but the meter still beeps !. am i missing something ? will it sort itself out ?
@nomad1c Anasa here 👋 I've had a look for you and looks like your top up went through 👍 we did have some delays so your top up may have delayed going onto your meter and this is why you could still hear the beep, if you're still getting the beep though please get hold of us via Facebook, twitter, email we're here 24/7 or over the phone on 0808 501 5200 we're open 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri and we'll be happy to look into this further for you 😊

I think I can ask a moderator to check your meter balance and see whether the top-up went through. I'll ask @Anasa_EONNext to take a look.
