Hello all - I was transferred to EON when Symbio went bust in September 2021, but I am still waiting for a first bill even though I send regular monthly readings to the website? I don't understand what the problem is with EON - anyone have any ideas as I'm allegedly over £800 in credit when I know this is not true. I just want to see where I am with energy expenditure.

I'm so sorry to hear that you've had a hard time with readings when Symbio went bust, for anything more account specific or if you'd like to try and re negotiate your estimate reads if you feel they are unfair we'll be happy to look into this and make sure everything is as accurate a can be.

@Pat88 Hi there, Anasa here 👋 your account is all up to date, there a Direct Debit due and once that's been taken an up to date bill will follow so I'd say you'll receive a bill in the next few days. Thanks Anasa, but why is the meter reading I just sent you for 31.3.22 also shown as the reading back on 3.10.21 when Symbio went bust? This is incorrect and I hope your system is not trying to 'auto calculate' my usage? The Symbio system couldn't work out my estimated usage (I tried unsuccessfully to explain but they just didn't get it...) and I think yours will be the same - I use in total about 12500kWh per year, with 10000 on the night rate due to my electric storage heaters (which obviously have most use between October and April where the bulk of my expenditure is). Please ensure that your system is not trying to estimate my annual usage simply based on the Winter/Spring months totals...
Please can someone actually do something at EON as you are showing me well over £1000 in credit when I am clearly not as I'm using energy. I need an up to date cost estimate of where I am. I have just given you my regular end of month meter reading on 30th April and it really is about time your system produced a bill.
I am not on Twitter or Facebook and don't use emails much and I certainly don't want to hang on phone line for hours to speak with someone overseas who probably can't help me anyway...Please get me a statement.
