IHD does not show gas tariff

Hi, I recently my SMETS1 replaced with SMETS2 for both gas and electric. Engineer advised that IHD will take couple of hours before the gas information shows up but nothing as of yet. I have tried good old fashioned restart, resetting etc etc but no joy. Interestingly though, gas information shows on the other apps but just not on IHD. Any suggestions please?

Afternoon all; can I just ask about the reading being sent to Eon? I have selected readings sent every half hour in the app, but when I check meter reading history on the app, it does not show anything other than the ones I submitted - is this normal?

Probably not. Let me see if the old timer @PeterT_EONNext can check it's all set up properly. It's amazing how often it isn't!

Hi @ispynothing Sorry for the late reply (I'm not always around but here as much as possible!)
It's quite normal for you to not be able to view your half-hourly data/readings.
Your setting may be set to half-hourly, and your Smart Meter will record this data in the background, but we wouldn't show you this on your account. The reason for this is because your meter reading history would become heavily congested (we'd be displaying 48 meter readings to your account every day which is a little too much)
Not only this, each time we get a reading from your meter (or from yourself if you ever enter any) we use this to bill your account balance up to date. If we record your reads half-hourly, or even daily, you'll be bombarded with emails to let you know your balance has changed due to how our billing system works 😬
Of course, you can request this data at any time by speaking to our Energy Specialists in Customer Services. If you're opted in for half-hourly readings, this data is available from the DCC upon request should you need/want this.

Can you advise on the it that I can’t see any gas related info on the IHD please? -
