'Waiting for current data' has been on my IHD for 36 hours now. I have tried the off on routine and moved the unit next to my electricity meter. What is my next step please? do I just wait and wait and it may come back? or is it worth calling EON help? Thank you

I have just phoned customer services and been advised to switch off the IHD for 15 minutes and turn on again. I've tried this already but will try again. Asked the lady on the phone what would be the next thing to try and was told that's all I can do - The unit is no good? Am I advised to buy a new IHD? A Ivie Bud? Anyone have any suggestions please?
Please can you show me photos of everything first? I might be able to diagnose the issue.

Good afternoon. I seem yesterday I was using facebook messenger and took advice from EON advisor. I turned the until off over night. This morning everything is ok now when I restarted. Thank you.
