Elaborating on what @meldrewreborn and @UKDave51 have said, if you applied early then your payment should of been received by the 31st March.
We had to close the applications early this year as we had hit our allowance.
When did you apply and how?
@biatchwoody71 @Beki_EONNext I have been getting it every year automatically and was told before if you have had it through previous years you would get it, but this year got nothing.
@Ford1874 Have you checked with the customer service team if this was applied for? If you are in the automatic banding then I would say we need to check what has gone on. 😊
I applied in Oct of 2021 and I know that I qualify as I am on esa and disabled but yet Eon still has not given it to me so my carer is helping me file a complaint with Ifgem as I believe that Eon dropped the ball as it is they sent out a mass email on the 9th of March asking every one to send in their proof again. If you applied back when I did than you should also file a complaint at Ofgem
Just a quick heads up. You can't complain to Ofgem directly as they've delegated the role of complaint handling to Ombudsman Services. You'll need to send it via the Energy Ombudsman. More details can be found at https://www.ombudsman-services.org/sectors/energy .
