When attempting to access my account details on my In-Home Display I am being prompted to "Type in your vend code" - any thoughts on what this might be?
This is the 1st time I've switched this IHD on since my days as an OVO customer (before I subsequently moved to Igloo prior to finding myself with EON.next).
I'm a dual fuel customer so not pre-pay which is what I think this vend code might be (?) but I seem to be able to view usage data, etc. on the IHD but unable to currently see where I could see what the current meter reading is (if that is possible?)
