My gas 'smart' meter has not sent any readings since December and my IHD has no tariff information for gas, the electricity side is working fine for both and the IHD displays the gas usage but no tariff information, can anyone sort this please?

Thanks for replying, here are some photos of the IHD showing the fact that the electric side is working and has valid tariff data but the gas shows usage but no tariff

After a ton of digging around, the best I can think of at this time is that you might want to try using this Smart Meter Check tool to see whether your meters have migrated yet. If they have, I can get @PeterT_EONNext to check the read schedules have been set up again properly. I'm sorry this took me a while to reply to you. I got absolutely hammered recently thanks to Martin Lewis giving out bad advice to most of the country and it resulted in tons of users coming to me for help all at once.

I full understand that the forum is not intended as a customer service conduit, but many posts highlight that getting customer service through the advertised routes is difficult /nigh on impossible. And today there seems to be a number of posts relating to prepayment top ups being impossible to push through and customers are then left without power - which seems to be due to Eon Next's fault.
I have to say that i would find that situation intolerable. So to refer customers back to customer services (where they've presumably tried and failed to resolve the problem) does come across as particularly heartless. Could you not DM the customers and ask for their details and then get the customers services team to contact the customers, to try and speed resolution. IF i were on pre- payment (I'm not) and my power was suspended /cut off because the supplier either can't take my top up or take the top up and not be able to force it through, I'd be incandescent.
These are emergencies and an emergency response is required - it seems to me the there is a failure to recognise the impact some of the issues have on customers, particularly prepayment customers who are more vulnerable to outages than other customers on credit meters.Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
