Hi~ I am very unhappy now as i received your letter said the collection agent will get in touch with me soon for the late payment. However, i just received the statement the first statemnt from your company in the end of march of outstnding GPB212.16 ( account no.). Pleasehelp me to solve the following question
1) why the address is wrong in the statement -, but my address is . I think that i am very lucky to receive the statement from the post office which they can recognized my name and send the letter to my home.
2) i cannot receive any letter or eamil from your company which will take over from the e.on energy. Because i my understanding e.on energy is my supplier and they also gove me a reference number for my moving in notice. I think that your company must receive the correct information from e.on energy. I don't why the address is wrong.
3) i don't receive the first 2 month statement from your company, would you please sens the breakdown of the GBP212.16 to me as i want to know that how much is the penalty? I think that the penalty is my responsibility. Do your company agree?
4) finally i also send the email to your company i move in in , but tour company reply that your company is not my supplier and e.on energy is my supplier. Therefore, i am very unhappy for the late penalty i am already paid today and made me have the bad credit record im your comapany.
Would you please help me to solve my problem as soon as possible.
