Tariff changed without my consent

Hi all. Has this happened to anyone else? I was on a fixed energy tariff ending Feb 2023, however when move to eon next I was swapped o to their standard variable rate. Of course customer service aren't responding so I'm just wondering if this is something anyone else has had happen to them?

It sounds like when your account was moved over to our system, your tariff might have not carried over.

I've managed to locate your account. Your tariff has now been set up correctly and a new bill sent based on this.

My original reply was deleted by the community team. This is just a mistake in the transfer to Eon Next. Given this was a transfer from Eon to Eon Next you would be right to think it is a mistake that should not have happened - but that's life.
