Eon took over my gas supply from nPower in feb 2021 and I've not a bill since never mind a monthly bill. My last bill was from nPower on 24 feb 2021. I am a prepayment customer and cant find a contact us facility or a phone number on the website in order to speak to eon.

Unfortunately, it's highly likely that the phone lines would be jammed up anyway thanks to Martin Lewis and his recent "advice" that resulted in a lot of suppliers being hit with what I'd consider a DDoS attack. It's probably quicker if I ask @Bennie_EONNext to stop by.

Hi, exactly the same situation with me. No bill despite several metre readings being submitted since August.

impossible to get hold of anyone.

Suppliers are not allowed to bill for energy more than 12 months in arrears. Whisper it quietly ..............

Hey @clarkyp,

thank you for your message. With prepayment meters we only give out one and two statements of 6 months. I believe that getting in touch with our social media team would be able to support you with this.
