Hello. My gas tariff is also wrong on my IHD. The electric one seems to be ok. Can anyone help as the gas one is the one I'm most concerned about. Thanks in advance.

Yeah not exactly sure what to do with this. I gave up ringing EON yesterday after an hour on hold, and I've emailed hi@eonnext.com with no response at all, not even an auto-response. I suppose I can do manual readings but I may as well not have bothered having smart meters installed at this rate.

if your email for this forum is also used on your eon next account they can put two and two together.......
Sometimes @PeterT_EONNext is able to get the appropriate commands sent down.Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -

Yep, that sounds healthy to me. You don't have a Mesh capable hub anyway, so I'd expect the MESH light to be unlit. It's most likely then just a case of getting Pete to catch up with his backlogs as usual!Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

Hi @Chris247 I'm afraid your email adress you've signed up with isn't the one linked to your E.ON Next account so I won't be able to access your account from here, please get in touch with customer services who can get your tariff updated for you 😄
@VaughanH - I've managed to locate your account using your email address and sent a gas tariff update out to your in home display. Please check your in home display tomorrow to check it the prices for your gas have updated.

@PeterT_EONNext Thanks Pete this has all worked great! Also I got in touch with some of your helpful colleagues on Twitter who sorted out why my smart meter wasn't sending readings.
