In regards to the Smart Meter appointment offering on your online account, this is an error. I've removed this error on your online account so you should no longer see this.
We're communicating with both of your meters perfectly fine and will continue to do so each month so that you receive accurate statements.

Hi, any possibility someone can take a look at our account too? Still showing pre April prices and after 3 phonecalls to EON Next just advised to switch on and off and also to buy a new IHD. Not sure if that is the correct advice we have been given. Can someone help please?
I've requested that your gas readings come through to us on the 24th of each month along with your electricity moving forwards. This should happen for both now on 24th May and then each month after then for both your gas and electricity.

The IHD tariff has updated and the electricity meter sent a reading at 17:28 on 24th April - thanks.
However there is no smart gas meter reading yet - even though it reports OK to the Bright cloud app.

Cheers for sorting that out, I can see the correct Tariffs now and saw two automatic readings being taken.
Hi guys, I have the same issue, new gas prices from 1st April still not showing on IHD or meter. Also no automatic readings seem to have been taken at all from my meters, they were installed over a month ago. So much for smart technology....
This sounds to me like a possible issue with your meters, more than the IHD. Can you show me some photos of everything please? I'll see if I can do some diagnostics with you and go from there.

Perfect. You should see five green lights on the Comms Hub, marked SW, WAN, MESH, HAN and GAS. Which ones light up and how often do they do that please?

OK, just checked. All lights flash in unison every 5 seconds, apart from MESH which is unlit. Looking at the manual for the UBC-TN6 online, this seems to be normal OP (100ms on, 5000ms off).
