Can I add my name to the list please - both Elec & Gas tariffs are wrong on IHD - still showing pre price-cap rise on 1st April.
In addition, E.on Next are not getting smart readings from my gas meter but it is reporting fine to the 3rd party Bright cloud app.

@PaulD @NeilH @Mstty - I've sent an update to all of your in home displays which should update at midnight. Tomorrow, please reset your in home display unit as close to your electricity meter as possible and the prices should update.
@David2000 - I've also sent the same information out to your in home display and this should also update at midnight (the same applies, please also reset the in home display as close to the electricity meter after tomorrow as possible for the change to take effect.
Furthermore to your meter not sending us readings, I believe this may be due to your reading permissions being set to monthly (it's easier for us to connect to your meters if your preferences are set to Daily or Half-Hourly) If you're happy to change this, please do so on your online account (in 'Profile' and then 'Smart Meter preferences') once you've done this, please let me know and I'll work to get your readings coming through to us as they should.

I've requested that your gas readings come through to us on the 24th of each month along with your electricity moving forwards. This should happen for both now on 24th May and then each month after then for both your gas and electricity.
