Hi could you please update my tariff too please, I was on a fixed until last week now the cost is frightening but my ihd is showing less than half the actual cost. Many thanks.
I’m afraid you can no longer get your IHD updated through the forum. You now have to contact customer service direct.
I used WhatsApp and it took two weeks to get a partial result, as in my electricity tariff updated. I have now sent an email to try to get the gas tariff updated. It’s a slow process… for me at any rate.
You will be billed at the correct rate. The tariffs take a few days to 'push' to the meters, and hence your IHD.
You could try phoning or emailing, but I'm not sure if that would help any. Can't hurt.
The other thing you can try is power off the IHD for a while, and then see if it resynchs to the correct information.

Yes mine is doing the same. I went on to the variable tariff on the 1st November, but still showing the old tariff
It may update in the next few days @James160786, if not you'll need to contact Customer Services. You can send a DM via Facebook, Twitter or Whatsapp with your full name, address, email or phone number and account number, asking for a tariff update to be pushed through. Once they action it your IHD should update within 24 hours. I think current response times are around 5 days.

These messages have been sent out in batches. Most have been sent out on 3rd April and for those that haven't they will be sent out over the next few days.
Your IHD will update at midnight each night, so depending on when the message is sent out to your display unit, this will update the following day.
Please allow up to the 15th April for this to take place. If this doesn't happen, please get in touch with us so an Energy Specialist can ensure the price update has been sent to your meter(s)

My IHD In-house-Display is showing the wrong gas tariff and unit charge. It is still showing my tariff from the old Next online v 7 tariff which ended 30 September 2022. Can someone please queue a tariff update command to my meters?
I'm afraid I can't ask for that to be done here anymore. Customer service can arrange it though.

I was moved to the variable tariff on October 4. The gas has updated to the new rate on my IHD but my electricity has not. I have called E.ON Next 6 times in the past 3 weeks. Every single time I have been promised a fix, a callback, a resolution yet there is nothing. No one is replying to my emails. I feel like I cannot see how much I am spending every day and it is very stressful. It has been 6 weeks now since I moved on the new tariff. What can I do?

I can see there was a few errors on your account which was preventing this from being updated - I've now fixed these due to how long you've been waiting and the tariff should update automatically within the next 24 hours on your in home display (if not sooner).
