I get that, but for me the most meaningful metric for my consumption is the current cost of usage. It is this number, and trying to reduce it, that will spur Mrs Nog (who is very concerned about the current costs) into action, by planning and reducing the consumption of the hungry appliances such as the oven, the tumbler, the dish washer and the washing machine.
I'm sorry to hear that your tariff isn't showing correctly on your in home display.
We're unable to update your tariff from here now, so you'll need to get in touch with customer services so that an energy specialist can get this updated for you. All areas of customer service now have the capability and know-how to do this, and once you've been in touch, someone will get this update sent out for you.

I was in touch with Eon next costumers service via WhatsApp and thay told me my tarriifs on smart meter and IHD will be updated on from Saturday midnight after they send updated. I am on old tarrif until today. Totally usless costumers service. Additional my smart meter from 21.09.2022 not receiving data from smart gas meter. I was forced by them to put manual reading after they wasn't able to get my gas readings from gas meter at all. Madness
I've escalated the issue to our Smart Team who will take a look, it may be around 2-3 weeks before I get a response from them as they're a little busy at the moment, but I'll let you know once I know more.

Hi Pete - do you have an update on this at all? It's also worth mentioning now that since the back end of last week my IHD has lost connecitivty and now is just flashing.
I'm sorry, there's still no update on this currently - I can see that our Smart Team have your query and will look into this, they're a little behind currently due to some ongoing issues and will take a look into this as soon as possible so we can sort out the connectivity issues you're seeing.
So the wrong details are also in your actual meters.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
You can send a DM via Facebook, Twitter or Whatsapp with your full name, address and account number, asking for a tariff update to be pushed through. Once they action it your IHD should update within 24 hours. I think current response times are around 5 days.
