Hello. Our tariff changed around 18th/19th August but the prices have not updated. Please can this be done? It would be really helpful as we are really trying to manage our consumption
Consumption will not be affected, values though will not be correct.

Hello. Having the same problem with the IHD not showing the new tariff. Our IHD is a British Gas one as Eon didn't send us one when we changed to them 18 months ago. However it seemed to be working ok, up to the changeover to the new tariff. I have emailed customer services regarding this but they just sent me a link to buy a new IHD for £50! @PeterT_EONNext, You seem to be the master of all on here. :-) Can you help please? Thank you.
My IHD is still showing my old tariff, which changed on 2 April 2022. I've raised this by e-mail with Eon-Next, nothing has changed. Would it be possible to get updated by posting on here?
I've sent out tariff updates to all of your meters, these should update for you after midnight, so please check your in home displays tomorrow and let me know if there's no change 😊
@MarkWilliams1989 - I'm sorry to hear that yours hasn't worked yet - I can see the update is failing so I've tried a couple more things which will update over the 24 hours, I'll then need to send the tariff update again so this should then hopefully work. If for any reason your tariff isn't showing as updated by Friday, please let me know and I'll escalate the issue to our Smart Team.
