@PeterT_EONNext Hello Peter, my IHD is also not showing correct tariff. Could you please update the same? Please let me know if you need additional info
After you have confirmed my update has been sent its been approx 5 days now and still showing incorrect tariff. Please could you look into this or let me know if I have to do anything my end?

@MarkWilliams1989 The previous update we sent failed to go through, so I've sent this again - if your tariff still hasn't updated tomorrow. Please let me know on here!
@cdhobden We can't locate your account, as the email address you've registered up to the Community with would appear to be different to the one we hold on your account (this is the only way we can find you) if you can please send us an email confirming your full address and full name over to community@eonnnext.com explaining that you need your tariff updating on your in home display, one of the team will get back to you ASAP.
