My Gas smart meter stopped sending readings in November 2021 which is about the same time as my account was moved from E.on to E.on Next. Electricity is sending readings correctly.
However, I can get smart readings myself from the Bright App on my phone so the meter seems to be communicating fine.
Anything I can do to fix, or do I need to raise the issue with E.on Next?
Sounds like a read schedule bug. That'll be one for @PeterT_EONNext then! XD

Raise it with Eon. I suspect the same happened to us as I noticed our account was massively in credit, so decided to check the billing history and realised that although our direct debit had been going out as usual. we had not been billed for gas since late last year. It took a couple of days but Eon did bill us for the outstanding gas costs. The meter readings were on our account - it just seemed as if the billing side of things hadn't picked them up. I got the impression from Eon that the problem was on their side, not ours.
