Hi apparently my Electric Smart Meter is not communicating data. We have an old style IHD which runs on batteries. Was told by Eon-Next that they could reactivate it remotely, still saying on my account they are having problems accessing smart meter readings. Was told if having problems they would send someone out but heard nothing further. Having to send meter readings myself which negates the need for a smart meter!!
