Mine are the same. I'm beginning to regret having so called smart meters fitted. You have to manage them all the time as nothing happens automatically. You have to nag to get them setup, nag to update, nag when they don't send readings; what is the point?
Sorry if your IHD's haven't yet updated with the new tariff prices 🤦♂️
