Hasn't worked for ages, no one will help me, readings just say zero, and I'm getting estimated bills

Hello, please see attached photos, as you can see, most of the readings are all at zero, and my bill says zero, this needs to be rectified ASAP, as I don't want estimated readings, I want my bill to be calculated on actual readings

Hmm... A 2020 install huh? Do you remember the last time everything worked properly by any chance?
You should also see there's a few green LEDs above the electric meter, marked SW, WAN, MESH, HAN and GAS. Please could you tell me which ones light up and pulse, and how often they all do so. It helps me a lot with diagnostics.

The meter was installed by an EON engineer on 22nd Nov 2021, but I have no idea, how long it worked, before it stopped working
The only Green LEDs that work are the SW and WAN ones, they light up and pulse every 5 seconds approx
None of the others light up at all -
Uh oh... Dead HAN connection. Lemme ask @HannahD_EONNext to see if she can try a few fixes. Otherwise it'll have to go to DCC.

Thanks, just got another estimated bill from E.ON next, and it's pointless me having a smart meter, if I'm getting estimated readings !!!!

@Han_EONNext Good afternoon. My IHD hasn't been smart for two days now. I just have the 'waiting for current data' message displayed. I rang 0808 501 5200 and was told to try turning off/on after 15 minutes. It's still the same. I asked what next but was told nothing they can do. The meters were upgraded to start in june 2021 so within 12 months. Would I be eligible for a replacement? or am I just stuck with a duff IHD? Is it likely to reconnect? Would love some advice as ringing up and speaking to someone has got me nowhere.
