Hi, I’m currently on a fixed term tariff ending May 2022, my renewal email explains that I will be put on a Next Flex tariff if I do not select a product to renew (little point with the price rises happening).
I currently have a direct debit set up but notice there are 3 types of Next Flex tariff; Direct Debit, Payment on receipt of bill version, or Prepayment version. How can I ensure I am on the direct debit version which has marginally better unit rates and standing charges compared to the other 2 as stated on the ‘check out our tariffs’ page of the eonnext website? Thanks.
If you already have a direct debit set up, you'll go onto the direct debit version by default.
