Smart meter readings not going to EON

Thanks! It looks like your HAN is healthy, but as you've got an SKU1 Cellular Comms Hub, I can do a bit more diagnostics. You should see five LEDs on it, marked SW, WAN, MESH, HAN and GAS. In your case, I'm expecting SW, WAN, HAN and (possibly) GAS to be flashing/pulsing once every five seconds. Please could you tell me what you're seeing from all of them?

yes, those four lights flash green every few seconds. The only one which doesn't, is the MESH one.
To add to the confusion. Today, they've finally issued a bill/statement. Trouble is this shows a smart reading dated today of 700. Even though there is a customer reading from a few days before that which read 838.
So I've no idea where the 700 figure comes from. They've also , annoyingly, charged me at the new higher rate, which I only signed up to three weeks ago, but they've used the higher rate, and higher daily standing charge , for everything back to Dec 1st last year :( -
That's not right. You should only be paying the new rate from the date you agreed to it. Everything prior to that should be billed at the old rate.
You're in luck however. Smart Meters retain 13 months worth of data, so it is possible to retrieve it again and re-bill you. Given this needs to be arranged and I want to see if your smart readings can be fixed anyway, let me call in backup. @Bennie_EONNext have you got a bit of time please? -

it's such a shambles and so hard to get any kind of response from eonnext. I'd love to just switch , but from what I hear , even that's not easy these days. All this worked so much better 50 years ago than it does today :( -
It seems Bennie has been a bit overloaded. She'll hopefully catch up soon. Hang in there for now, as I've got the mods all over the place right now.
