When I login to E.ON Next it displays my grid account and lets me submit a meter reading but there is no option to provide a FIT reading. Who can fix this?
I had the same problem with nowhere to enter a reading and with the page just recycling when I pressed the submit button. In the end I used their online form and sent an e-mail to hi@ as belt and braces and advising them of the issue.
I appreciate this was posted a while ago but did you manage to speak to one of our energy specialists and find the answer you were looking for? We'd like to hear from you!

@EmmaN_EONNext Yes I did manage to find someone within E.On to add my FIT account onto my E.On Next account, so I can toggle between them from a single logon and submit both readings (although I now have a Smart Meter that does send my Grid readings). Not sure why E.On doesn't spot a customer has both Grid and FIT accounts and automatically combine them.
@razorback Glad it's now linked. With linking them it would be really difficult to do, especially with FIT.
Feed in tariff's have different regulation to what an Energy account would have, also in one hand your paying us for the energy you use and then in the other we would be giving you money back.
Keeping them separate allows freedom with both accounts and ease of paying you for your generation without having to abide by our refund terms and conditions for energy.
Let us know if you need anything more.

@LeeDQ_EONNext Hi, No I was not asking for the magic of having a single bill for Grid cost less FIT payments. I just wanted to have a single login for both readings, now fixed😃. Trying to remember 2 different account numbers and 2 passwords for separate accounts was tedious, now I can get to either from the same login.
