I am sorry that out website is not taking payment from you! We aren't aware of any techincal issues in regards to payments and the website but thanks for letting us know and I will let them know!
In the meantiime please try refreshing the tab and seeing if it lets you make a payment, or if you are using the app try and delete and reinstall. If it is still not working then reach out to any of of telephone, email or social media agents 😊.

Hi Hannah " We aren't aware of any techincal issues in regards to payments and the website " are you aware of any issues now? Only it would appear Rita can't pay online, Rooster can't pay online and I can't pay online either, doubtless there are others too.
@AlanT The online payment doesn't work for me either. There is another post which mentions this and it seems to be because e.on hasn't implemented the Worldpay 3d secure payment mechanism that most credit cards use properly so the payment always fails. I tried paying online with 2 computers and my smartphone and all fail with the same "sorry we can't take payment" message - and yes my credit card works elsewhere. So in 2022 I can either take a wedge of cash to a paymeny point or post a cheque - it's like living in the 1970s again in more ways than one.

@Han_EONNext I have tried social media (Twitter) and got nothing useful in response I contacte e.on and was told it was nothing to do with them and just to contact e.on next (which as I understand is the same company). I also tried on the phone but just sat waiting for ages with no answer. Why is paying a bill so hard with e.on?
