The problem here is the E.On customer service is arguably the worst going! I sent a message, via Twitter, five days ago and so far have had no response! Sent the same message via Messenger, two days ago and yet again, no response! So this morning I decided I’d give them a call, to get my answers and after being on hold for 90 minutes, I had to hang up because I needed to be somewhere!! So who knows what’s the best way to contact E.On??

The point being that if they got things right first time their poor customer service staff woudn't be anthing like so busy. They are the architect of their own problems.
Iv tried messaging on Facebook and WhatsApp days ago but no reply it's so frustrating all I want too know is what dates are we being paid tge £66 as all of my friends n family have recieved theirs but still nothing showing on my meters
