Had Smart meter for 1 month. Was showing both now just gas. Will the meter still be sending electricity use? Is the total on the homepage therefore just for gas? Have reset next to the meter, not fixed the issue.

It sounds to me as if you might have fallen victim to the firmware bugs of the IHDL SmartView 2, but I'd like to see if I can diagnose other culprits first. Please could you post photos of your meters and the IHD, ideally as many as possible. I'll review them and let you know the next steps. It might ultimately end up being recommending a new IHD, but I'll see what I can come up with.

No worries @hadenough , if I could get the same data from you, that would help me a lot. I develop personalised solutions to every user based on what you provide me with, so my advice is always adapted based on circumstances.
My ultimate fixes may cost you money, so I prefer to try the easier and cheaper ones first.
