I have solar PV tariff and have been unable to access eon account, this account simply says its moving to eon next, but it is not on eon next. So I have an account with eon or eon next but currently can't see it. I have contacted Ron next and had no response from them. Very poor customer service.
Hey @1234enough - Whilst accounts were migrating from E.ON to E.ON Next online accounts were unavailable for a short period of time (whilst we get that important info transferred over!). But this should be working for you now 😊 - is this still an issue? ✨

@1234enough, and another annoyance with eon next account is it says " find the tariff that's right for you", yeah I'd like to , but I can't find it - The one i already have.
