Since we have been moved over to Eon Next only Electric usage has been sent. Our IHD does not record any information. It is an old IHD originally from OVO.

Please bear with me, I collaborate with Blastoise186 anytime OVO is mentioned and he's out right now. I could do with those photos anyway because there's multiple possible IHDs and I need to narrow it down to the right one.

Hopefully attached files will be ok. Before moving to Eon next they eventually could read the meter online but they now cannot read gas usage.

Given the combination of meters you have, to be honest you're better off sticking to the Secure Pipit 500 IHD you've already got. There's no third party S1 IHD available right now anyway so I wouldn't be able to help you with one - the Hildebrand Glow would be the only replacement option.

I'm not seeing any signs of faults here. It's possible that the meters are still being upgraded right as I type this, so please hang in there for now. And for the record, only E.On Energy supported the S1 Secure Liberty meters, not E.On Next and the workaround didn't apply to meters installed by any other supplier.
