HiHad smart meters fitted lady year and gas wasn't registering on IHD, Rang up and got it sorted aroubd 6 weeks ago
thought I'd have a look at online account and again it's shoeing no gas but now IHD is showing no gas or electric at all. Went outside to look at the meters and they're both blank. I'm moving house soon and need the readings (am on a fix until July). I've queued 3x for well over an hour and am unable to get through, please help

Bear in mind that they go blank every night till 6am.
If you don't see them working after 6am, take a photo of them and post the image here and TUT may advise you further😉
OK, could you also post an image each of your gas and electric meters respectively because it will provide valuable information on the type of meter and the state of the meter making sure that any seals are pictured taking special care to picture the features sharply and brightly if you please❔
Just want to let you know I'm now monitoring this thread and have placed my personal tag on it, which only I can remove. I'll check back in daily and once the other photos are up, I'll see what I can do.
