We switched to eon next from Igloo, but we have not yet been billed for gas. We have been billed for electricity but not gas. I have submitted a meter reading in January but still haven't had a bill.
Oh hello Emma! I can't really remember back that far 😅 but to my knowledge, we haven't had any such issues since. Everything seems hunky dory. Thanks for asking.

Had the same experience after getting smart meters fitted. Got a bill for gas & electricity a couple of weeks after fit in Jan, but latest bill only mentioned electricity. Sent in my own gas reading. How is that smart?

We can accept that we have a bill to pay, but to have it looming over our heads without knowing how much it's going to hurt is agonizing. Can someone please press the appropriate button?

@Nut, yes I know what you mean. The electricity readings are going through fine, but for whatever reason the gas meter readings aren't getting picked up. I'll have to submit another manual one today.
