Hey team,

I moved into a new build property in Jan, the supplied ihd displays the electric meter but not the gas.

I've tried a reboot of display, still nothing.

Any help is appreciated

Hi @Scad11 - Sorry for the late reply to you over here, I haven't been around the last week, but I'm here now!

I'm afraid a few more things need to be done so we can start to communicate with your gas meter again (as well as get it up and running in your IHD again) I wouldn't be able to do this from here though 😔

If you can please get in touch with us directly, an Energy Specialist will be able to go through some details with you and get this raised so it can be fixed.

The quickest way would be to contact us over Facebook or Twitter, as we're currently available over on social media 24 hours a day, this means you can leave a message and once it's picked up, an Energy Specialist can take it from there 🙂

My diagnosis is completed. Your gas meter has totally dropped off your Home Area Network, so it's unable to communicate at all. I can tell that because while the SW, WAN and HAN lights were lit up when you took the photo (nice timing by the way!), the GAS light was extinguished. That's not a good sign.

As for the fix? I can't do much myself, but I'll pass you over to @PeterT_EONNext . This may need some deeper investigations so please hang in there.
